1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only valid if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • To be eligible, you must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue at the time of opening the package.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.
  • If a defective product is confirmed, we can arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • If replacement is not possible, we may issue a store credit or refund as per eligibility.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
