- To be eligible, you must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue at the time of opening the package.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.
- If a defective product is confirmed, we can arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

3. Refunds
